Terms of service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Who we are
SalesCollab ("SalesCollab", "we", "us") provides the AssetTrack platform ("Service") for IT asset lifecycle management. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Paystack on a monthly or annual cycle in the currency selected at checkout (ZAR or USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension of access after a grace period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload data you do not have the right to process;
- attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or bypass security controls;
- use the Service to send spam or unlawful content;
- resell or sublicense the Service without written agreement.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate, secure and improve the Service for you, in line with our Privacy notice and Data processing addendum.
6. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practical.
7. Termination
You may cancel any time from settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. On termination we delete or return customer data per our DPA.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
