What insurance brokers asset registers actually have to do
Brokers spend a meaningful share of every renewal cycle chasing schedules. The client sends an outdated CSV, the broker pads it conservatively, the underwriter prices the pad, and the gap surfaces at claim time — usually as a denied or reduced claim that strains the broker-client relationship.
AssetTrack changes the source. The client maintains a live register; the broker is invited as a read-only user (or pulls data through the public REST API) and quotes against the schedule that exists today. Renewals stop being a chase and start being a confirmation. Claim evidence is on the asset record before the loss adjuster asks.
